Q. Which Bulb Colour is the Best?

Most BMW and Mercedes come standard with 6000k Cool White these days. 4300k Warm White is another good choice. Older Mercedes and Hondas' used 4200k. Q. How do i find Which Bulb fits into my Car?

You can look in your operators manual, call your dealer, or check on these two sites HERE or -> HERE, or if your still not sure check any markings on the bulb or take a photo of it and send it to us.

Q. How do in know if my Car is negatively switched?

This refers usually to H/L Bulbs. The High Beam/Low Beam bulb on an H4 is incorporated into the one bulb, or in halogen terms a "double filament". Most H/L Halogen Bulbs are positively activated on each terminal, on the rare occasion, that the high beam is "switched" via an "earth", you will need a relay harness which switches both positively or negatively. Our H4 H/L A1 Relays will switch positively or negatively to alleviate this problem.

Q. What is the Difference between all the Ballasts? and why so many?

We try to meet a broad range of applications.
For example;
Our Budget Ballasts are pulled out of a range of HID driving lights when we upgrade the ballasts for clients. Not the prettiest ballasts, but they are suitable for machinery lighting upgrades such a tractors, or for those who are on a very tight budget.
The Standard Ballasts are still a Slim AC Ballast, and will suit most applications, but only carry a 2yr warranty.
The Pro-Grade Ballasts details are mentioned in the first question, at the top of the page, and are simply the best HID Ballasts on the market today. We have the Pro 35w and Pro 55w which have a wide voltage of 9-32v, the fast start ballasts which are 12v or 24v are suitable for those who flick from high beam to low beam constantly, and the Can-bus, which are for can-bus controlled vehicle lighting systems, such as BMW, Mercedes, VW, and Audi. Can-Bus will also work on non can-bus controlled vehicles.
The High Powered Ballasts are the 70w Slim Pro-Grade Fast Start, and the 100w Pro. Both these ballasts are the brightest HID Vehicle Ballasts in the world. The Pro Grade 70w slim fast start has a 5yr warranty and will produce 7000 Lumens of light, the 100w ballast is 12v/24v compatible, has a 5yr warranty, and produces 10,000 Lumens of light. These are usually used for upgrading driving lights such as IPF, Hella, Lightforce, and others.

Q. How do i fit an HID Kit?

All our Modern HID Kits are an easy fit "Plug and Play" design. They have the latest Professional Grade Slim Fast Start and Can-Bus Compatible Ballasts. The hardest part maybe getting into your headlight or needing headlight adapters, Some VW, BMW, Mercedes, Ford and other vehicles need Headlight Adapters. Q. Will an HID Kit Burn my Reflectors and Headlights?

If you buy an HID Kit that has bad HID Globes then it may discolor, burn, or melt your reflectors or lenses. Our HID Kits Bulbs are All UV Cut Quartz Glass which eliminates any chance of burning.

Q Are HID Kits Legal?

We cannot guarantee that an HID Kit fitted to your car will be legal. Laws vary from state to state and from country to country. We sell our HID conversion kits for offroad use only.

Are they Dust Proof and Water Proof?

All of our HID Bulbs and Ballasts are completely water and dust proof. Any terminals exposed to salt mist or constant wet areas are best insulated for better life expectancy.
