LED Work Lights

LED work lamps and lights have come a long way in the last few years. We have compiled a few products that are high quality and will suit a specific criteria for short, medium, and long range applications.
The 40w led work lights are for short range applications such as small machines, and lighting up small areas. The medium range work lamps, 60w-120w, are designed for applications where you need that extra light for larger areas, and the 360w led work light is deigned to give you maximum distance and light output.

The 360w are generally used on the front of vehicles for gaining maximum distance, the 60w-120w can be used on booms, the tops of vehicles, and most work light applications. The 40w are generally used to light up bins, areas directly in front of the vehicle, forklifts, drill rig masts, and other small area applications.

The Best LED Work Lights.

When buying led work lights and lamps, it is best to understand the application rather than just getting lights with the biggest lumen output. A bigger lumen output does not necessarily mean a better result for your application. LED lights use aluminum heat-sink, and while aluminum is light, the bigger light is, the heavier the whole light will be. Another factor is that the highest lumen lights are generally made for distance, not width, they are great for on the front of vehicles, but trying to line half a dozen of them along a sprayer boom may be too heavy, and in this case i would go for the our 60w or 120w light, as they will give you max distance+width because of the shape of the light, and configuration of the led's.

LED Work Lights for Tractors.

Tractors and work vehicles generally use the 60w-120w work lights as they have more of a universal use. They can be set up to give you width plus distance, and are still compact enough to be used for a variety of applications. If you need distance down the line, or out the front of the vehicle it is best to go for the bigger 360 watt work lights as they will give you a much better distance penetration. The 40 watt are generally used to light up smaller areas directly in front, to the side, or to the rear of work vehicles.

IP68 Heavy Duty LED Work Lights.

All of our led work lamps are tested for high vibratory applications and maximum water and dust protection. If you don't get a high quality work light they can literally rattle and shake apart internally and externally, and water and dust can get into the lights and cause corrosion. The Pro Vision LED Work Lights are protected against invasion of water from high pressure hoses and have an IP rating of IP67 and IP68 which is the highest ingress rating for general work lights and have the ability to be submersed in water over 1mtr deep. The IP67 and IP68 rating also protects the lights in high dust areas and they all carry a 5yr warranty for your peace of mind.

CREE LED Work Lights.

The type of led used in work lights is important as the must produce a high brightness and still be able to last the distance and stand the test of time. We use the USA made CREE LED's in our work lights, as they can be driven hard to produce the most amount of light, and are manufactured to be able to stand high temperatures for long periods of time.

Which Colour is Best for Work Lamps in HID.

All of the LED work lights produce a colour temperature of 5500k-6500k pure white. The white light of an LED should not be compared to a white light of HID. HID produces a lot of glare at these colour temperatures, whereas LED lights at 5500k-6500k are low glare and high brightness. Scientists tell us that our eyes are best adapted to midday sunlight so all of our LED lights produce a light colour temperature closest to midday sunlight. 24v and 12v Work Lights.

12v and 24v compatibility work lamps assures that the lights can be used on most tractors, trucks, and machines that need the versatility of being fitted on both 12 volt and 24 volt applications. The Pro Vision range are a multi-volt 9-32v light that is compatible with most cars, trucks, tractors, and machinery.

Flood Beam, Spot Beam, Driving Beam LED Lights.

Each lens in our work lights are specifically designed to perform a specific task. They main three types of lenses are flood, spot, and combination (or driving beams). The Spot beam lights for led are not like a torch whereby you get a distinct pencil beam, they are more like a euro beam, or a combination beam, so although the choices are either spot of flood, the spot beam still has a wash of light in the distance. The flood beam configuration and width you get out of them will be determined by the lens, the size of the light, and the style of the light. For example, a 60w oval shaped led light will give you more width than our square 90w led work light, but you will get more distance out of the 90w.
We have a specialized 35w LED Light that has a High Beam, Low beam, and Flood beam configuration available. They are unique in that the can be set up to form a multitude of functions and are mainly used on the front of vehicles or the roof of vehicles. The 360w Work lights also have special lenses, a parabolic lens, or a Optical 4D Lens. The Parabolic lens is like a driving beam Distance+Width, the Optical lens is more for maximum distance.
